Honoring Your Uniqueness is a conversation-based small group limited to 12 participants (plus facilitator) that embodies Unity in Marin’s value of Inclusivity: “creating a safe space to celebrate diversity and value the uniqueness of every person.” Through sharing and listening to one another, we cultivate appreciation for the unique gifts and lived experiences of each person. Human beings are unique expressions of something larger, and we honor one another by learning to see and appreciate our differences. CliftonStrengths provides a common language for understanding ourselves and others.
